Comprehensive, Cross Governmental Strategic Plan

On May 18, 2007, Governor Kaine had issued Executive Directive 6 (Appendix III), directing the Team to continue collaborative efforts to complete and annually update the strategic plan, submit it to him for his approval no later than August 31, 2007, and update and submit the plan annually by August 31 of each succeeding year.  The Directive also requires the Team to work in close collaboration with the Community Integration Advisory Commission, local governments and local government agencies in the Commonwealth.
